This July, CNN continues its investigation of the most challenging issues facing African-Americans with "Black in America 2." Soledad O'Brien reports on people who are using ground-breaking solutions to transform the black experience.

Last year, CNN took a hard look at the myths, the facts, the stereotypes and the realities of being black in America in part one of the series. The response was overwhelming and created a dialogue across the country.

CNN received feedback from viewers saying that wanted to know what was being done to solve some of the most pressing problems facing Black America.
