CNN Will Turn Obama's 100th Day Into An Event

CNN is marking President Barack Obama's 100th day in office on April 29th with prime-time coverage that will recall last year's primary and general election nights.

As they did on those nights, John King will be at the giant touchscreen to show where money is going from the economic stimulus plan, Bill Schneider will review polling data. Wolf Blitzer, Anderson Cooper and Soledad O'Brien will supply the on-air coverage.

CNN will compile a national report card of Obama's performance, using opinion polls and a series of viewer surveys with coverage that will preempt regular programming.

The 100-day mark is often used to evaluate a new administration.

It sure has been a long time (too long) since we've gotten to see Soledad on CNN, or anywhere on TV for that matter. I wasn't even able to locate her PBS special that I had been looking forward to. What happened to that? Did PBS ever even air it? Anyway, I'm very pleased to see that she is scheduled to finally come out of hiding on the 29th!
