NAMIC Vision Award Goes to O'Brien



The winners of the 14th Annual NAMIC Vision Awards, recognizing multi-ethnic original programming on cable TV, were hosted by "Access Hollywood's" Shaun Robinson and presented at a special luncheon ceremony held at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Calif.

D.L. Hughley won in the comedy category for his HBO special "Hughley: Unapologetic," while CNN's Soledad O'Brien took home a News/Informational trophy for her special "American Morning: MLK Series."

CNN's "Special Investigations Unit: Judgment in Jena" won for Best Documentary, and BET J picked up the Best Variety/Talk Show prize for "My Two Cents."
